We remain committed to improve the quality of life of our employees and its families as well the local communities and societies at large. We also provide training grounds for internships for knowledge and skill development.
In areas of community well-being and development ,we have launched our Permata Synergy program. Permata Synergy program identifies the children at the initial stage of education to assist and provide guidance for the children to develop their potentials.
The main objective of the program is to assist the less fortunate children to have access to education and to partially relieve the financial burden on the eligible family with respect to the children’s education.
The framework for the program is as follows:

The program is provided to the needy children with certain criteria;

The program will be implemented in collaboration with the Education Ministry, Tabung Baitulmal Sarawak, and the respective identified schools;

Several assistances in the form of financial aid and school items will be provided;

The progress of the children will be monitored through their progress in schools on periodical basis in consultation with the school and/or respective Ketua Kampung;

The eligibility to remain under the program will only be extended to children who had indicated good progression and the matter will be assessed in consultation with respective school principals.
