The Light Industrial Park for Petrochemicals, Oleo-chemicals, and Related Industries (LIPPOR) is located with Senary Synergy Industrial Complex to capitalize the vast downstream potentials generated from the IOT and Palm Oil Refinery. The plots of land covers an area ranging from 2 to 5 acres of lands size, economically viable for any small and medium size of industrial development.
